Timothy Hunt

Timothy Hunt is the CEO of the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM), joining in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. Previously, he was Chief Culture and Corporate Affairs Officer at Xilio Therapeutics and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Editas Medicine, where he led global policy, government affairs, bioethics, communications, and market development. He also held leadership roles at Cubist Pharmaceuticals and Biogen. Tim has served on the Duke-Margolis Center’s Advisory Group for Value-Based Payments, the Board of Life Science Cares, and as Chair of the Ethics Committee for the American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy (ASGCT). He was also a member of ARM’s Gene Editing Task Force and the Biotechnology Innovation Organization’s Gene Editing Working Group. Tim holds a B.A. in history and philosophy from Boston College and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America.
